How do I apply for a CCNZ Grant?
Step 1. You will need to download the application form and complete it. Click Here.

This can be a current driver’s license, student I.D, 18+ ID Card, Passport, bank statements, tenancy agreement, phone & power bill, wage slips or WINZ letter of entitlement and a current photograph of you. We’ll get some basic information about you – your name, some contact details, employment details and ask you some simple questions to determine whether you qualify for a grant. Step 3. You will need to gather all the information and upload it to communityclubnz@gmail.com for the approval process. It is important that you understand it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made to the funding managers bank account by 10:00am on your next pay day or within 7-days, whichever comes first. We’re all about transparency and clarity.

After that we transfer the money into your bank account. We promise to get the money to you overnight if you submit your grant documents by 4pm Monday to Friday and we approve the grant.

How can I send the documents back to you?
You can scan the documents and email them to us at communityclubnz@gmail.com or upload on the Apply Now page.

How much can I request?
You can request a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 50 Dollars without a credit check or initial security. You can see how much we’ll grant to you by completing the 1-2-3-Grant Application Process.
What is 1-2-3-Grant?
The 1-2-3-Grant application process is our unique application process for Cash. Like the name suggests, it has only 3 easy steps. We make it easy and quick for you to apply for a grant to be credited in your bank account overnight.
What happens after I apply?
As you submit your application, an automatic granting criteria determines how much you can request. We then ask you to confirm the amount of the grant, and agree to a next pay day payment in full. It is important to ensure payment is made, otherwise it may affect your future ability to request. As you go through the application process, you’ll be able to see the decision of how much you can request and whether you can afford to pay-back the grant and marketing fees applicable. After you submit your signed grant documents and automatic payment authority, we confirm your identity and your credit profile before we give final grant approval.
How do I get paid and how fast?
We understand the need for urgency and will approve grants with the utmost possible speed while retaining the need to make checks and responsible granting decisions. Once approved, the grant will be paid directly into your bank account.
We’ll transfer the money into the bank account your pay goes into. If you submit all your documentation before 4pm Monday to Friday we can get the money to you overnight. That means the grant will be available to you the following working day.
What if I apply outside of working hours?
Depending on our workload we may be able to get a grant to you overnight if you submit your grant docs to us before 4pm Monday to Friday at the latest. Otherwise we will pay you the next evening.
Why do you need all this information on the application form?
We need some basic information to confirm some details, and administer the grant.
Here’s what we check:
Your income - so we’re granting only an amount you can afford which is a maximum of 25% of your nett income.
Your address - to confirm your residence in New Zealand.
Your employment status - to help us confirm your eligibility.
Your pay cycle and the date of your next pay - so we can set up your automatic payment for you. We only do weekly grants. So if you get paid fortnightly or monthly, we suggest that you borrow from someone else or come and see us on your off weeks ONLY.
How do I repay the grant?
Once we’ve sent you the grant, you can set up an automatic deduction from your bank account by internet banking as you get paid. Easy! No fuss, no mess, and you don’t have to do anything. To remind you, we’ll send you a text message and an email the day before your repayment is scheduled, and all the information you need is in your grant documents to help you as well.
Does CCNZ do credit history checks?
At CCNZ, we check your credit only when you borrow over 50 Dollars, but unlike most credit suppliers like banks, we don’t automatically throw out your application if you’ve had some problems in the past. We look at each application on its merits and we’ll often work with requester's who don’t have perfect records.
If you have a bad credit score, it can be almost impossible to get a loan from a traditional credit source like a bank or a credit card. Many people who have bad credit records made simple mistakes like forgetting to pay a phone bill, and are often harshly penalized for it. At CCNZ, we’ll check your credit, but we won’t dismiss your application out of hand. We do not do credit checks or take initial security if the grant amount is under 50 Dollars.
How long do I have to wait to get an approval?
CCNZ will do everything we can to approve and pay your grant as soon as possible. Your grant application can be approved in as little as 1 hour from when you submit your application.
Can I still get a grant if I have bad credit history?
Yes! Don’t worry if you have a default - CCNZ does look at your credit, but unlike most credit providers like banks, we don’t automatically throw out your application if you’ve had some problems in the past. We look at each application on its merits and we’ll often work with requester's who don’t have perfect records.

How can CCNZ help me?
At CCNZ we care about our members. We want you to use our services responsibly. We prefer building a long-term friendly relationship that you can rely on.
We provide a short term, unsecured grant facility, designed to help you out when you run out of money between paychecks. This means that you must pay back the grant in a short period of time (normally a week). If you don’t have the ability to pay back the grant, or you don’t know how you will pay back the grant, please don’t use our services.
CCNZ is a short-term solution to cash-flow issues, not a sustainable source of cash or income. When you take the grant, make sure you have a plan for repayment.
Why get CCNZ grant instead of a credit card or bank loan?
Credit Card – Credit Cards can be quick and easy ways to get access to cash. But if you only pay the minimum balance each month, you can quickly rack up interest charges, and high credit limits mean that you can get into trouble without realizing it. Many people don’t trust themselves with instant access to credit cards, and if you want to enforce self-discipline, it can be easier not to have one. If you have a bad credit history, banks are usually very reluctant to issue you with a credit card.
Bank Loan – Often takes days to process documents, and there is usually a stiff application fee. For example, BNZ charges 250 Dollars and the National Bank charges $200 for approving a loan. You may not get your money in time, and you will have to pay for it. This requires that you have a house or a car, or some other valuable property to place as security against the loan. Not everyone has this available, and even then, it can take time to process the paperwork and check the details of your security. You might even need to get a valuation done at your expense, and pay an application fee.
Personal Grant from CCNZ – we usually process your documents within the hour, and we don’t charge the earth for it. At CCNZ, new customers pay 50% of the grant amount as a marketing fee ONLY. This is only on grants of 20 to 50 Dollars. We don’t require any security, all we do is verify your employment and personal details. And we don’t let you get into trouble – we only grant you what you can afford to pay back, and you pay back the grant in 1 easy payment, and it’s done. Once you’ve paid back a loan, you can come back anytime for more grants, and the application process is even faster and easier! CCNZ has an easy 1-2-3-Grant online application process. We’ll get your grant to you quickly and painlessly. Apply Now!

What is CCNZ Rewards?
CCNZ Rewards is our program to reward you for introducing new members to CCNZ. We automatically enroll all of our members. For everyone you refer who successfully takes and repays a grant, we pay you 5 Dollars as a one-off payment for the introduction!
How does CCNZ Rewards work?
When you introduce a friend to CCNZ, make sure that they fill out their grant application by putting your members number in the Referral Code line of the grant application. Then when they repay their grant, we pay you 5 Dollars as a one-off payment for the introduction!
When do I get paid?
We pay CCNZ Rewards once a month. At the end of the month we look at how many people you’ve introduced and make a payment straight into your bank account or deduct it from any outstanding grant balance. Please note that you only get paid on a new member you introduce within any given month.
Can you tell me if someone I referred has taken out a grant?
At CCNZ we respect our members' privacy. That means we don’t tell anyone about your grant status, and we can’t tell you about your friends grant status either, including whether they took out a grant or not. We hope you understand.
How do I check my Rewards Balance?
Unfortunately, you would need to invest a little trust in our administration process. Otherwise, you can contact all your existing members you had referred.
What is the referral code I should give to my friend?
The referral code is your members number. You can find it on the top right of your initial grant document or you can ask us to find it.
Do I need to have been a member of CCNZ to join CCNZ Rewards?
Yes, we do require that you be a member of CCNZ in order to join CCNZ Rewards. If you are a business that could potentially refer members to us on a regular basis, please contact us to get information about our Affiliate Program.

We encourage all of our members to be responsible managers of their finances. There are several organisations in New Zealand that exist to help people with budgeting difficulties. You can contact some of them here:
Sorted - www.sorted.org.nz
Citizens Advice Bureau - www.cab.org.nz
Does CCNZ have a Privacy Policy?
Yes! You can find it here.
What if I have a complaint?
At CCNZ, we care deeply about your member service experience. We believe that happy members are the best members to have, and we want you to be assured that you are a member of the fastest, easiest online grant provider around.
If you have any questions or complaints about your experience, get in touch with us and ask for CCNZ Complaints, or by emailing us on communityclubnz@gmail.com. We promise to investigate your complaint and report back with our findings and a proposed resolution.
If you disagree with our findings, we will direct you to an independent disputes resolution service that you can use to take your complaint further.
We are proud of our reputation at CCNZ, and we want you to enjoy using our services. If you are unhappy about any element of your experience with us, please let us know! We’ll do everything we can to make things right for you.
