We endeavor to process new member applications within 60 minutes during business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, this time period is subject on the Member providing all the required documentation to make an informed Grant decision.
60 minutes Grant payments are subject to Credit being approved and can only be done between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Grant payments outside these hours will be processed overnight, excluding weekends or public holidays.
I/We by applying authorize CCNZ to do the above in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. Further, I/We acknowledge that by applying I/we agree that this authority is a continuing authority that has effect before, during and after the provision of any credit.
